This is our second basement project with them. You’ll get a clear plan and schedule from a top notch company. The owner, Michael Humin, is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We are enjoying every inch of this space. I also wanted to give a shout out to Emily Pope Harris on her brick work. She was able to lighten the yellows and browns on the existing brick to give us an updated cohesive look.

Looked at a few companies to complete our basement. Michael was recommended by several folks in the area and we went with Atlanta Basement Creations. The process and the team Michael had working on the basement were second to none. Even during the process I was interested in a few one off ideas with just pictures and words; Michael would come back quickly after searching for solutions to make the basement turn out as we wanted. His team that came on-site were very easy to talk with, and flexible. We completed a pretty large basement adding exterior doors for the pool area, golf simulator, movie room, barn doors and bar. Michael even tracked down a guy to put in a Guinness tap. I have had a few basements built and would use Atlanta Basement for any future projects

Atlanta Basement Creations is the best! I had estimates from 4 companies, and apart from one scarily low bid all estimates were within the same $1000 range. It was clear from the beginning that Michael is extremely professional and does quality work. He answered all of my questions, provided guidance, and helped me come up with a plan for the basement that suited my needs and my budget. I didn’t get that feeling from any of the other companies that I was considering. Once the project began, all of his workers were polite and courteous, and the space was always kept clean of debris, etc. Michael lets you know from the start when each step will be completed, and everything is done when he says it will be. I had some questions along the way and threw a couple of extras at him. He stopped by to answer my questions and address my concerns himself as soon as I raised the issues. The work itself is high quality- no cut corners. The construction in the basement looks at least as good as the rest of my home. Michael consistently checks in to make sure that you’re pleased with the progress, and does a final walk through with you at the end of the project to fix even the tiniest of cosmetic issues. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you’re looking for quality, timely workmanship and a level of professionalism that’s difficult to find these days, Atlanta Basement Creations is the only call you need to make
